Fit4Kids Fit Challenge
What was it?
There were two events being held at the same time.
One was a Fitness Challenge that uses body weight. Personal trainers were onsite, coordinating and overseeing the challenge. It wasn’t a marathon and it wasn’t an ‘iron-man’ competition... it was a well-rounded fitness challenge that EVERYONE could participate in!
The second is a Walk/Run — a three mile walk/run around the Rocky River High School track. Not up for the full fitness challenge? No worries. We want you to join the fun anyway! This one’s for EVERYONE, too!
What was the purpose of the event?
Mom (Maria Milano) always encouraged us to remain fit and take care of our bodies. Even in the depth of her battle with cancer, Mom worked out and fed her body, nutritionally. A fitness challenge seemed to be the perfect first event for The Lost Hearts Foundation because of this!

Spin instructor Leigh Roth hosted a charity spin class at Psycle in Westlake. All proceeds were donated directly to the foundation.
